There are many exercises for bigger arms that don't require the use of weights. Water bottles or soup cans can be used as weights. To build muscle, however, you must train your arms until they fail. Although these techniques are not suitable for beginners they can be very effective. These are some tips to help you build arm muscles. (*) Perform the following exercises at home to build arm muscles.
o Leg swing. Stand with your arms bent. Now, lift your hands to one side. Move in a circular motion with your feet planted. Remember to squeeze your biceps and maintain a tight core during the exercise. To do this, place a barbell on your head. Then bend your knees at a 90° angle. Now, hold the weights above your head and pull them towards yourself.

* The leg swing: This is where you extend one leg back and lift the other. When performing leg swings, focus on the triceps rather than the biceps. The handstand requires that you hold the weight at your head. Be sure to hold the biceps as tightly as possible, then slowly lower them to your head. These exercises can also be used to build larger arms without using weights.
o The Handstand: This involves placing one arm behind the back. The other arm will be used to hold it. You must then stand parallel to the floor and simultaneously hold the other side. This makes it harder for your forearms to support your weight. This will help to develop your biceps. You can do bicep curls by holding a vacuum cleaner in one hand while the other holds it.
Armstand: For larger arms, the armstand is a classic exercise. You can either use dumbbells or other equipment at home. You can use a brick of soup or a water bottle to help you. As long as you have a straight back and parallel body, you can perform this exercise with one hand. It will strengthen your biceps and improve your overall body posture.

One-arm pressups: One-arm pressups are an effective way of building your biceps. In this exercise, you should extend your elbows and use your biceps to hold the object. Your biceps will have to compensate for the absence of support. You can also do this with one arm if it is difficult. The handstand can be used to strengthen your arms and make you look better.
